Sentron's cornerstone:
The chemical sensor line consists of rugged, unbreakable ISFET pH probes and meters, ensuring reliable operation in many different applications, even under the most demanding conditions. Through constant and direct contacts with all the target market segments the marketing department is continuously searching for new needs, find new application areas, to define new products to be developed.
 

EU Funding:
Sentron has received a grant of the EU via IAD for developing a minature sensor that transmits a pressure signal. Such a sensor is important for monitoring pressure in the human body.
With this funding Sentron Europe is designing a very small and low energy solution that can be used for a long period.





The technical cornerstones of Sentron are the solid state chip technology and the encapsulation. The marriage of these technologies has enabled the development of miniature chemical sensor devices, based on the Ion Selective Field Effect Transistor (ISFET) and micro pressure sensors, based on the piezo-resistive properties of silicon.

OEM pH based on ISFET technology
Sentron is the inventor and manufacturer of ISFET technology based pH meters and probes. We are also able to manufacture these kinds of products on a custom basis, fulfilling all your requirements. We have several types of products for the following market segments:

  • Instrumental OEM market
    For pH measurement in almost every application we can offer you comaker-ship to develop either modules to be installed in your instrumentation or complete probes in unlimited sizes and mechanical shape. With our more than 20 years experience in the development and manufacturing of ISFET based sensors we can offer you the right solution to optimize your equipment. The solutions we can offer are: custom made sensors, flow through cells, very small probes, etc.
     
  • Analytical OEM market
    • The non-glass Sentron pH probe lines (Hot-Line and Stream-Line) are also available custom made. To use these probes together with your equipment, it is possible to provide you the special electronics to be built in your instrumentation. To benefit from all ad-vantages of the non-glass pH probes, without adjustment of your pH meter, we can also make ‘Intelli’-probes for you. These probes have a built in electronic circuit and a glass compatible output for connection to almost any conventional pH glass electrode meter.
     
  • Industrial OEM market
    In the food industry it is most important to handle in compliance with the rules of safety and reliability. For these applications and/or other demanding circumstances Sentron can help you with their innovative and high tech knowledge. Every model or design of measuring device with your own label can be discussed.
     
  • Electronic OEM market
    With our in-house knowledge we can offer you the electronic boards or circuits to upgrade your instrument or apparatus to use the ISFET technology for the measurement of pH.
