Limited Warranty
Sentron warrants to the original purchaser that the Sentron branded pH Product Line (“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship which cause the Product to fail to operate in accordance with the performance specifications set forth in documentation published for or provided with the Product for the applicable period.
The warranty of the Sentron branded pH product line – not being a custom made product – is six (6) months from delivery to customer.

Purchases
All prices and amounts in this web shop are expressed in Euro’s (€), are subject to change and are exclusive of VAT, EEEC disposal charges, shipping costs and eventual customs fees. For orders below € 125 a € 25 handling fee will be charged.
Products will be delivered Ex. Works (EXB) Sentron facility, Netherlands (Incoterms® latest version). Purchasing via this webshop is conditional on the buyer expressly accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sentron Europe B.V., as filed with the Chamber of Commerce April 2023 and the Privacy Policy for the wireless probe product line.
Delivery and Returns
We do our utmost best to ship orders within 15 business days.
We regret when your purchased product does not meet your expectations. Contact our support for help. When returning goods to Sentron in order to enable both a proper analysis and an adequate response, you have to use our Return Good Form.
Within the warranty period, Sentron will perform the analysis of the return product, at no cost. For returns outside of the warranty period Sentron charges costs. For returns outside of the warranty period we have to charge € 30 per product. Prior authorization for repairs will be required, if cost will exceed € 50.
NB Products used for measurement in human or animal tissue or in a radio-active environment are not accepted as return good and will not be repaired.
